To recreate the pose shown in the picture, please use the separately sold TAMASHII STAGE ACT HUMANOID or a similar item.

Please note: Manufacturing QC issues such as loose/tight joints, slight paint defects etc are prone to happen, we will help in anyway we can, which includes a full aftersales service and replacement parts at the manufacturers discretion.

Since dealing with Japanese and Chinese retailers this can take some time, so your patience is appreciated, but rest assured, we will do our best to resolve any issues you have.

Returns for alleged faults or quality issues are subject to inspection and verification. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
