Methods of Payment:

We accept Shop payment, PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, as well as pre-pay cards from Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay via alternative methods, such as bank transfer, please contact us for further instructions.


Pre-Orders:

If you choose to place a pre-order, please ensure that the correct email address is provided for invoicing the outstanding balance when the items are in stock. Failure to update us with any changes to your contact details may result in delays or cancellation of your order, and the pre-order deposit will not be refunded.


Payment Verification:

Card payments undergo a verification process to ensure security and reduce the risk of fraud. If your card is declined during this process, it is typically due to a security check, and you will need to contact your card issuer to resolve it.

In some cases, when a card is declined and then successfully processed again, a ‘shadow payment’ may appear, which could seem like a duplicate charge. This is just a temporary hold by your card issuer and will not result in an actual payment. The amount should be returned to your account within a few days once the card issuer rectifies the issue. If you’re unsure about these types of transactions, please reach out to your bank or card issuer first, and then contact us before requesting a chargeback.


Credit Card Security:

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store or share any credit card or billing information. All credit card details used on our site are encrypted and securely processed through our payment gateway. For convenience, we store only a secure token for future transactions, which is of no use to third parties.


Unknown Payments:

In the rare instance that you don’t recognize a payment to us, please contact us. There could be several reasons for this, such as a family member or friend using your card or login details, or multiple cards linked to your account. We can help resolve this quickly.
