Will I ever be charged customs fees from you? Is there any hidden charges?

100% no, and 100% never! We ship all figures in ourselves and pay all customs fees and charges as a business. You pay the listed price and the listed price ONLY! All figures are shipped to you from the UK, you will NEVER get any shipment from overseas, so any extra charges to you are impossible.

What do the prefixes on the listings mean?

*In Hand*

These are figures that are already in hand within the UK and are available to be shipped to you immediately - they will be shipped by Royal Mail 48 by default included in the price of all our figures, with the option to pay for Royal Mail 24 at checkout.

*Ready 2 Order*

These are figures that have been released, but we don't have any in UK stock right now. We only stock the more popular items, everything marked like this will be shipped immediatley from our warehouses in Japan or China and be in the UK in approximately two weeks. These items rarely come into stock and are available to order in only.

*Presale Full*

These figures have not been released, you can choose to secure your figure by paying in full, or follow the link to benefit from paying a NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your figure. The balance will be due 2-3 weeks before the listed release date. Please note: Release dates can and do change, Plastic Hero cannot be held responsible for this.

*Presale Deposit*

As per above, you can secure your figure with a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. This will allow us to place a pre-order with the manufacturer to secure your figure. The balance will be due 2-3 weeks before the announced release date, shown on each figure's page. Please note: release dates can and do change, Plastic Hero cannot be held responsible for this.
