Quality Assurance

Defects and Quality:

We replace items with severe manufacturer defects such as significant mechanical or material flaws, missing key parts, or broken components at the manufacturer level. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund. In most cases, we will require the return of the damaged item and may ask for photographic evidence to process a refund. We will also cover the return postage costs of an item back to you, but you must pay for the return back to us.

If an item is damaged during transit by the courier/postal service, we will reimburse up to the value of standard insurance (£70) or the level of additional insurance the buyer has purchased—whichever is applicable. This applies only when the packaging has been damaged to the point where the item itself is affected and is no longer in sellable condition. In these cases, return postage will be covered by you, but we will need the item returned along with photographic evidence.

Please note, this does not apply to items purchased as "Damaged packaging" which are clearly marked and priced differently.

What We Do Not Cover:

We do not accept returns for items returned due to manufacturer QC issues and minor imperfections, including:

  • Minor paint flaws (e.g., light scratches or small chips to the paint).

  • Edge scuffs or creases on peg-hanging card packaging.

  • Scuffs, creases, or scratches on the body of carded packaging.

  • Indentations or light crumpling to blister packs or bubble carded items.

  • Superficial movement of accessories or pieces within packaging.
