UK Shipping Policy
**FREE STANDARD UK shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard on all collectables**
You can expect delivery within 2 - 4 days from dispatch for in-stock items.
If you wish, you can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Tracked 24 and your items will even be dispatched guaranteed within 24h.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking updates from Royal Mail to the email address and/or contact number provided at checkout.
We do not manually enter addresses—please ensure the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate.
SHIPPING TIMES
IN HAND - we will ship your item the very next business day after order. Please refer to the delivery timeframe you see at checkout, as this is accurate.
READY 2 ORDER PRODUCTS - your item will be shipped to you within two weeks of your order. Once we have it in stock to ship, it will be with you within 1-2 days for TRACKED 24 customers, and 2-4 days for TRACKED 48.
PRESALE PRODUCTS - please contact us for an accurate shipping date as it is dependant on the release date of the specific product purchased.
Address Changes:
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with the new address and all order numbers that require updating.
Please note, updating your address with your bank or payment provider will not update the address for orders already placed. Contact us directly to ensure any address change is reflected before your order is shipped.
Packaging & Protection:
We understand that many of our customers, particularly inbox collectors, have specific packaging requirements. If you have special packaging requests, please communicate them to us before your order is shipped. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
We use appropriately sized boxes and protective materials (bubble wrap, paper, padding) to safeguard your items. In some cases, items may be best sent in their original manufacturer packaging (e.g., complete cases). If you request custom packaging, we will do our best to include this within the stated price, but changes to materials, size, or weight may incur additional costs.
Please note, once an item has left us, we cannot guarantee its handling during transit. Royal Mail and Parcelforce do not support claims for superficial damage to collectables. If you have specific packaging or shipping concerns, let us know before we ship your order.
Postal Services Offered:
We use Royal Mail Tracked for all parcels. You can pay extra to upgrade this service, just contact us on sales@plastichero.co.uk, if you have any special delivery instructions, please contact us in advance of shipping.
Dispatch Times:
We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 1-2 business day(s). If there are significant delays, we will notify you via the contact details provided at checkout. Please allow extra time for delivery during public holidays.
Insurance:
All collectibles are insured up to £75 per package. In the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged, this is the maximum amount we will be able to reimburse after a successful claim with Royal Mail or the courier.
If you would like additional insurance, please contact us before shipping. For damage-related claims, please refer to our Quality Assurance.
Loss / Delay:
If your parcel is marked as lost by the courier or postal service, please contact us immediately so we can investigate further. Claims for lost or damaged items will generally be limited to the amount covered by standard insurance unless additional insurance was purchased.
Before contacting us about a parcel marked as “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbours, any nominated safe places, or your local delivery office for details of the delivery. Royal Mail requires a physical scan of parcels at the delivery address to mark them as delivered. We cannot open a claim until 10 working days after the delivery date, and claims can take up to 31 working days to resolve. Please note, claims may be declined if local checks could have resolved the issue.
Undelivered Items:
If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable to accept delivery, we will resend the item to the same or an alternative address upon request and after receiving payment for the return shipping. The method and cost of resending will be communicated before we proceed.
If we cannot contact you within 5 days of an undelivered item, or you do not respond to our contact attempts, we will cancel the order and issue a credit minus a £15 admin fee and the initial postage cost.
