Return and Refund Policy
Pre-Orders:
For returns on pre-ordered items, please refer to our Pre-Orders and Deposits policy.
Items Not Meeting Expectations:
- If you're not satisfied with the cosmetic condition of an item (e.g., paint application, packaging condition for inbox collectors), we accept returns for unopened items in the condition they were sent.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll work with you to help with any QC issues, but please note these do happen and it is up to the suppliers/manufacturer to see good on these issues. Since dealing with Japanese and Chinese retailers this can take some time, so your patience is appreciated, but rest assured, we will do our best to resolve any issues you have.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If an item is defective or damaged during transit, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We will offer a replacement where applicable or store credit. For defective items, we may request the item be returned and/or ask for photographic evidence to report to the manufacturer or shipping service.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
The following items are not eligible for return unless unopened and in the condition they were sent (refer to the Items Not Meeting Expectations section):

Packaging condition (unless pre-arranged special delivery instructions or additional insurance was purchased).

Cosmetic details (e.g., paint application, placement of accessories).

Minor functionality issues (e.g., slightly stiff or loose articulation points).
Refunds:
- Please note: Since these items are being sourced direct from overseas, we do rely on some of our stock from physical retailer stores, and sometimes, by the time we can get to these stores, the item may be sold out. In these rare cases a full refund will be offered.

Please note: Manufacturing QC issues such as loose/tight joints, slight paint defects etc are prone to happen, we will help in anyway we can, which includes a full aftersales service and replacement parts at the manufacturers discretion.
Returns for alleged faults or quality issues are subject to inspection and verification.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
