We take care of all customs fees etc, there are ZERO hidden charges, you pay the price at checkout ONLY!
Please note we have a few different types of payment/delivery options:
[In Hand] - Figures are already in the UK and will be posted out to you within 24h! These are items we have already imported and keep a limited quantity of stock, standard delivery is FREE Royal Mail 48h Tracked, this can be upgraded to next day if required.
[Ready 2 Order] - Figures are stored in our Akihabara warehouse (Japan), they will be shipped immediately on payment to our UK HQ, this takes between 5 and 14 business days, please only order if you are happy to wait. Once in hand.
[Upfront] - Figures have not been released, you can secure your figure by paying the full cost up font! Please only order if you have contacted us for the future release date and are happy with the wait, some of these figures can be up to a year wait depending on studios.
[Non Refundable Deposit] - Figures have not been released, you can secure your figure with a low non refundable deposit! Your balance will be due on our website when it is due to ship to us. Please only order if you have contacted us for the future release date and are happy with the wait, some of these figures can be up to a year wait depending on studios.
Once in hand, standard delivery is FREE Royal Mail 48h Tracked, this can be upgraded to next day if required.

Please note: Manufacturing QC issues such as loose/tight joints, slight paint defects etc are prone to happen, we will help in anyway we can, which includes a full aftersales service and replacement parts at the manufacturers discretion.
Since dealing with Japanese and Chinese retailers this can take some time, so your patience is appreciated, but rest assured, we will do our best to resolve any issues you have.
Returns for alleged faults or quality issues are subject to inspection and verification. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
